Online Upgrade
- Navigate to 【Service and Support】→【Upgrade Zone】
- Connect the pipette to your computer via a Type-C cable.
- Click 【Start Connection】, select your device from the pop-up, then confirm.
- Initiate the online upgrade.
Client Upgrade
- Go to 【Service and Support】→【Upgrade Zone】 on the official site.
- Click 【Download Client】 (Windows-only).
- Follow instructions to connect the pipette via Type-C.
- Supports simultaneous upgrades for multiple pipettes.
2. @Lab APP Upgrade
- Pair your pipette with the @Lab APP via Bluetooth.
- Tap 【My】→【Firmware Update】
- Verify the version and start the upgrade.
Note: Keep the app open and screen active during the process.
3. Device Network Upgrade
(For @Pette Mini with PetteOS AI v1.4.5+)
- Connect the device to a network.
- Go to 【System Settings】→【Software Update】
- Check and install updates directly (no extra steps).
